Készpénz mozgások

Ha készpénzért értékesít, a pénzösszeg a pénztárgépben nemcsak az eladásokkal és a sztornókkal változik. Induláskor lesz legalább egy induló váltópénz megadás, majd egy készpénz kifizetés az üzleti nap végén, lásd Zárás.

Cash registers can also be set up to monitor the amount of cash in the cash drawer. In this case, two different amounts are entered in the system at which the cash register is to respond. The first amount serves as a notice and you can continue selling. If there is cash in the cash drawer in excess of the first set limit, the button with the coin icon is colored yellow and each time this button is clicked, a reminder is displayed that the cashier should withdraw cash after completing the payment. Once the cash exceeds the second limit, the button is colored red and it is no longer possible to accept cash payments. After clicking on the coins, a warning is displayed so that the cashier chooses another payment method or makes a withdraw.

A végrehajtott készpénzmozgások áttekintése, és a rendszerszintű befizetések vagy kifizetések létrehozásának lehetőségei a Készpénz részben találhatóak. A Mozgás jogcíme sorban választhatja ki azokat a lehetőségeket, amelyeket a Cloud Office menedzser alkalmazásban létrehozott, lásd Készpénzmozgások. Töltse ki az Összeg sort, esetleg a Megjegyzés mezőt is.

If you also accept foreign currencies and are depositing or withdrawing this currency, switch to it in the Currency field.

To receive a foreign currency, set it up in the Cloud Office management application (see Exchange rate management) and then make sure that you have created and enabled a foreign currency payment among the payment methods (see MOP management).

A Készpénz a pénztárgépben sorban látható az aktuális állapot. Ha nem végső kivételről van szó az üzleti nap végén, mindig ellenőrizze, hogy a pénztárgépben elég készpénz marad-e a vevőnek történő visszaadáshoz eladáskor vagy az esetleges sztornónál.

The sum in the Cashdrawer amount field may not be visible. This depends on whether the user under which you are currently logged in to the cash register has been assigned permission to display the current cash balance. (For more information on setting rights, see chapter User management.)

To make it easier to enter cash, you can click on the coins icon at the bottom left and view a picture overview of all accepted banknotes and coins. You can enter the amount in the cash register directly by clicking on the pictures of the money that is in the cash drawer.
