In this release we are bringing new features such as Scheduled pricing and bug fixes.

Scheduled pricing

Posybe now allows to set a price schedule for product. You can set a date, time and price for product for specific location or change default product price.

Use scheduled pricing to

Schedule a price increase or decrease
Provide a time based promotion to customer. Just schedule the price change starting next week and another price for beginning of the week after.

Rules

You can schedule a price with a minute precision
You can schedule a price change at least 30 minutes from current time. For example if it’s now 12:30, you can schedule the price soonest at 13:00
If you want to change a price immediately, use regular price change
POS will change the price according to the schedule even if it’s offline at that time. However POS must be online to receive the scheduled price from the cloud
You can schedule as many prices as you want, but keep in mind pricing is a tricky part of business and check and update the schedule regularly.

Predefined discounts in Windows POS

Manual discount now displays predefined values instead of free input to better control provided discounts.

Cancellation authorization in Windows POS

Windows POS now requires authorization for refund/void of previous sales or when all items are deleted from basket by long touching the bin icon.

Cash management in foreign currency in Windows POS

You can now manage cash also in foreign currency. Simply select the currency during pay-in or pay-out.

Bugfixes and improvements

We improved communication with the fiscal unit (Fiscat) so that receipts are now registered much faster
We fixed the stability issues
If any discount is selected (manual or loyalty), it is applied on all items in basket and also on new items added to basket
Fixed some missing translations
