POS Registration

Whether you are just launching your first cash register or you have added a tenth to your set, you always need to register the cash register first and log in to your account.

A shortened version of the instructions suitable for printing can also be found between Bullet Guides, see Registering a new cash register.

Start by opening the Posybe app on your device. The first window prompts you to fill in the administrator credentials you received from us. After entering, confirm with the Sign in button.

In the second step of registration, you select the business location where you will sell with this cash register. You have created locations in the management application Cloud Office, see Location management.

You can also create a new location directly in this cash register registration step. Click on the plus sign in the blue square at the top right, in the newly opened window, fill in the Name, Code and address of the new location and confirm with the Add button. At that moment, this location will also be offered in the list.

Select the point of sale by checking the box at the end of the location row and continue Next.

In the third step, you select from the list a cash register that was created for this device and is not yet in use.

You can also create a new cash register directly in this registration step. Click on the plus sign in the blue square at the top right, in the newly opened window, fill in the Cash register name and number and confirm with the Add button. At that moment, this will also be offered in the list.

Select the cash register by checking the box at the end of the row and complete the registration by clicking the Next button.

After successful completion of registration, a window will appear with users who can log in to the cash register.

In order for the user to appear here, he must be allowed to work with the location and with the cash register that you chose during registration. For more information, see User management.

Click the user button and type the PIN in the Cashier’s login window. Login will happen automatically as soon as you enter the correct one. If the screen hasn't changed, you haven't entered the PIN correctly yet.
