You may not be able to make all the changes described with your login.

 


 

 

  1. In Settings, there are following chapters:

 


 

In the User Management section, you create accesses and choose permissions for individual employees.

In Location Management, you create a list of all your stores, including contact details.


In MOP & VAT Management, you'll create/enable ways for your customers to pay and check the VAT amounts you want to use.


Exchange Rate Management is used to create a foreign currency and enter/change its exchange rate.


With Fleet Card Management, you enter and set up all non-bank third-party payment cards that you want to allow customers to use.


In Cash Movements, create all kinds of movements that you want cashiers to use when creating cash deposits/withdrawals to/from a drawer.


In Partners, create an overview of all your suppliers and contractors, including contact details.


In Customer Management (or directly at cash registers), you create a list of customers whose data will be printed on sales documents when identified. (This is not a loyalty program.)


With Bookmarks & Advertisements, you can create shortcuts for billing at registers by clicking on product images and also upload ads that will appear on the customer display.


In the Gastro (Order Printers) you set up additional printers and select the products to be printed (in the kitchen) as an order after the sale.
