Fuel Inventory
Fuel levels are recorded at the end of the day with the closures; when the tank level changes, i.e. during the delivery; or when you confirm or enter the levels on purpose, for example by taking inventory.
You can see an overview of all records in the Fuel Inventory section when you open the menu in the sale window using the three lines at the top left.

Records overview
Records are sorted by date of creation, the newest being first. If the list is too long, you can see more lines from the past by dragging from bottom to top on the screen.
You can change the order of columns by dragging the name of one of them (for example, Number or Reason) and dropping it to a different position.
To open the preview, swipe the screen from right to left (if you have a high-rise cash register) to move to the end of the lines. Click the three dots on the right and select View.
Close the preview with the cross in the blue circle at the top right.
In the Reason column, you can see the situation in which the record was created.
Because daily closures are done automatically by the cash register itself, the cashier is not listed in these lines.
In the Status column, there is Completed by default. If fuel delivery is running, this line is already created and has a status of In progress. If you open the preview on such a line, only confirmation of the Delivery start will be displayed.
Only when the delivery is completed will the status change to Completed and you will see confirmation of the entire delivery when you open the preview. (More about fuel delivery in the Devices chapter.)
Search in the list
Looking for a specific record? Click in the top row with a magnifying glass icon and the inscription Filter.
In the window, select the criteria:
From - to;
Reason, i.e. the situation in which the recording was created;
Cashier;
State, whether the situation (supply) has already ended or is still in progress.
Confirm Ok.
Keep in mind that the list then shows only what you were looking for and not all lines. To cancel, click in the Filter row again and use the Reset filter button.
