We’re bringing new features, bug fixes and various improvements in this release:

Cross-country loyalty cards acceptance

With a new update we bring the possibility of accepting foreign loyalty cards on the POS (the cards must be issued within the same loyalty program as used in the country of the purchase).

A customer using the loyalty card during the shopping in foreign country can collect points for the purchase or use a coupon that is valid for all countries with the given loyalty program.

Limitation: It is not possible to claim benefits and discounts relating to the achieved tier level in the loyalty program or local coupons that are valid in only for one country.

New Cloud Office reports

Line cancellations

This new report contains a list of removed “lines” = items/products, from the basket before the payment. In the report, it is possible to filter according to selected criteria, such as DateTime, Location, a cashier who removed the item, etc. And of course it is possible to sort the records as needed.

Price change history

This new report contains a list of products' price changes. In the report, it is possible to filter according to selected criteria, such as DateTime, Location, or product name, etc. And of course it is possible to sort the records as needed.

Kitchen orders printing

This functionality moves Posybe more towards the gastro business - it allows you to automatically print the order on the printer in the kitchen/food preparation area and speed up the preparation. The cashier does not have to go there at all.

To make this work at the POS, these are 2 important steps which needs to be done in Cloud Office application:

1. Defining the printer (“kitchen printer”) that will print orders for the kitchen (there can be more printers on one location)

2. The kitchen printer must be defined for each product that is to be printer on the kitchen order.

Now nothing prevents the cashier from sending the order straight to the kitchen for preparation after paying for the purchase, for example half a liter of elderberry lemonade or pasta bolognese. The cashier can attend to other customers.

Purchase of SPP CNG fuel

With the new update comes the possibility to pay for CNG fuel offered by some fuel stations in Slovakia. It is paid with special fleet cards issued by Slovenský plynárenský priemysel, a.s. and they can be used to pay only CNG fuel. other products offered at the fuel station must be purchase separately and paid with a different payment method, such as cash, bank card, etc.

Blocking of sales when the limit of cash is reached

At the POS, it is possible to set the cash limits in the cash drawer. if this check is enabled, the POS can display 2 warnings for different cash balances:

1. yellow warning

2. red warning

To increase the flexibility of the Posybe solution we allow you to configure the second red alert to:

A. block the sale until the cashier makes the cash withdrawal, or

B. do not block the sale, for example if there is a line of the customers at the POS. The cashier will the withdrawal at the earliest possible moment.

Improvements

• Added Financial transactions section into the manual closure - number of the prepaid fleet cards top-ups and its amount

• Minor adjustments relating to the POS closure - added more options if there is less cash in the drawer as than expected during the closing

• When printing receipts for cash withdrawals from the POS a minus sign is printed next to the withdrawal amount, so that it can be seen at a glance whether it was the deposit or withdrawal

• Adjusted a couple of filters in the POS reports to display correct values and filtering works 100%
