The final amount on the delivery receipt was not the same as the amount on the line (one line in the receipt) - connected with a problem that a price for the fueling calculated by the dispenser is not the same as the price which is sent to Arksys by the cash register (this issue is in progress).

For now the adjustment was made in the cash register, to add a right amount on the line and the amount on the line is the same as the total amount to pay

When one of the Posybe2 components was rebooted (SiteController) the dispensers’s transactions still present on the dispensers were dusplicated → the duplicated data were sent to Platform and via ERP and it caused discrepancies in the fuel reconciliation.

4. check data sent via ERP - the right amount of the fueling is sent

Fixed problem relating to a mixed payment, when a rounding of the cash payment still remains in the basket and is was not possible to get rid of it by any method of payment and complete the transaction.

1. add items into the basket (e.g. 1,71 EUR)

2. make a first payment by a gift card (e.g. 0,89 EUR), so the remaining amount to pay by cash needs to be rounded (0,89 EUR)

3. the remaining payment is automatically rounded to 0,90 EUR

4. on the combined payment screen will not stay the rounding 0,1 - it will be correctly included in the cash payment

5. the sales transaction will be completed

Problem to return money on a gift card (storno) during a mixed payment (there can be more reasons that the mixed payment is cancelled before its completion, and some of the payments were already completed) - the unit price of goods is different that the unit price during the original payment.

Even if the final amount to return was the same as paid before, the money returned was not completed and the sales transaction remained blocked.

Cancelation of a mixed payment in progress (via X button in the right upper corner) - discounts applied in the basket were removed and were not applied automatically again in the nest steps of the processing.

6. a new modal opens to inform that in order to cancel the combined payment - all already completed payments within needs to be cancelled one by one

8. the discounts are still present in the basket, the payment was returned and the next payment option can be selected in order to completed the sales transaction

The printout of the POS closure contained incorrect text in the header “INFORMATIVE” - even if it was the proper POS closure.
