Settings of dispensers layout on the POS

We bring a possibility to define a color and also the layout of the dispensers on the POS screen according to needs of each location. It is thus possible to create so-called islands of dispensers for better visual orientation in the POS, which corresponds to the real layout in the outer space of the filling station (SeS).

When lifting a nozzle display the product and its price

When lifting the nozzle from the dispenser (the fueling has not started yet), the product name and the price per 1 liter will be displayed on the POS screen.

Automatic data closure of the calendar day

We have introduced a new type of the closure which is automatically executed just after the midnight and closes sales for the given calendar day via data aggregation of all sales transactions and other sales relating data.

The data from the closing are available in Cloud Office application - Reports/Closures history. It is also possible to send this data to another system, in our particular case we send it to SAP.

In special cases, e.g. the site is going to a reconstruction and needs to be closed earlier, the data closure can be executed manually on the POS by a user with a special permission.

Note: The standard POS closure is still available in the POS and can be executed manually at any time of the day.

Printing a copy of the receipt

Printing a copy of the receipt is now possible for any payment (transaction) executed via POS.

Improvements

After scanning the loyalty card a window will automatically open with information on the status of the customer’s loyalty program (collected points, what level was reached in the loyalty program, etc.), including discounts and coupons that the customer can use.
Adjusted receipts:
- Both Fiscal receipt & Proof of payment receipt
  - Location: instead of SAP plant used five digits Posybe station ID
  - When paying with the fleet card or the gift card we print a Name or a Short name of the card on the receipt, according to the settings of the given card in Cloud Office application
- Proof of payment receipt
  - The EČV attribute was added to the receipt, in which, after the payment with the fleet card, the registration number of the vehicle is added.

	FuelMovements interface change: when there is an offline tank on the location and Posybe sends its data to SAP, there were missing elements for StdVolume and Temperature. These elements were added and are pre-filled by agreed values.
